Corporate headshots — Los Angeles

Corporate headshots in Los Angeles, shot at your office

Your whole team photographed in one visit, on one background, in one style — so the website, LinkedIn and the next press release finally look like the same company. The lights, backdrop and a live monitor come to you. Each person takes about five minutes and is back at their desk before their coffee goes cold.

Why companies book a headshot day

1

One matching team page

The same background, light and crop for everyone, instead of a mix of phone selfies, wedding crops and photos from three jobs ago.

5

Minutes a person

People are called in on a schedule, photographed and back at work. Nobody travels to a studio and nobody loses half a day.

0

Guesswork

A tethered monitor shows every frame as it is taken, so each person picks the photo they like before they leave the room.

48

Hours to final files

The proof gallery goes up the same day. Retouched files arrive within 48 hours, cropped for the website, LinkedIn and email signatures.

How the day runs

  1. Before the day. You send a head count and pick a background: white, grey, charcoal or your own office. We share a one-page what-to-wear note to pass around the team.
  2. Set-up, about twenty minutes. Lights, background and monitor go up in a conference room or any clear space of roughly ten by ten feet.
  3. Five minutes a person. Each person is directed through a handful of frames, sees them on the monitor and chooses a favourite.
  4. Same-day gallery. Everyone gets a private link that evening. HR gets one link to the whole set.
  5. Final files in 48 hours. Retouched and cropped for every platform, with full usage for the company and each person. New hires can be matched on a later visit.

Corporate headshot questions

How much do corporate headshots cost in Los Angeles?

Most Los Angeles photographers charge between $100 and $300 per person for on-site team headshots, usually with a minimum booking. Here a team day is $145 per person for six or more people, and $115 per person for 25 or more. That includes coming to your office, retouching one chosen frame per person, and every crop you need for the website and LinkedIn.

What is a corporate headshot?

A corporate headshot is a clean, chest-up portrait used on a company website, LinkedIn, press releases and speaker bios. What makes a set of them look professional is consistency: the same background, the same light and the same framing for everyone, so the team page reads as one company.

How long does a team headshot day take?

About twenty minutes to set up, then roughly five minutes per person. A team of fifteen is usually photographed in well under two hours, and people are called in on a schedule so nobody waits around or loses half a day.

How much space do you need at our office?

A clear area of about ten by ten feet: a conference room, an empty office or a quiet corner of the floor. We bring the lights, the background and a monitor, and leave the room exactly as we found it.

Can new hires match the rest of the team later?

Yes. The lighting and background are recorded after the first visit, so new hires can be photographed later to match. Return visits are the same $145 per person, with a minimum of three people.

Do people get to see their photos?

Yes. The camera is tethered to a large monitor, so each person sees their frames as they are taken and picks the one they like before they go back to their desk. The full gallery goes up the same day.

Can you run a headshot day for our building or coworking space?

Yes. The host pays nothing: members or tenants book fifteen-minute slots at $125 each, with a minimum of eight bookings. It works well as a tenant appreciation event or a member perk.

Do you offer a headshot lounge at conferences?

Yes. A headshot lounge at a conference or trade show starts at $1,800 a day, with attendees photographed in a few minutes each and their photo sent to them the same day.
