That's it. You are not handing over the full amount the day you sign, and you are not paying nothing until the last minute either. Somewhere in the middle is where nearly every couple I've booked in seventeen years lands.

Prefer to keep it simple and human? Place the deposit to hold your date, and we split the remaining balance into scheduled payments leading up to the wedding. No third party, no application. We map the dates to your budget — say, one payment three months out and the final one a month before. If a big check hits your account in March, we can time a payment for March. This is the option most of my couples use, and it's essentially a retainer plus a plan rather than one lump sum.

Being on a plan changes nothing about your wedding

I need you to hear this clearly, because I think some couples worry about it silently and never ask. Whether you pay in full on day one or split it over eight months, your coverage is identical. Same team. Same hours. Same second shooter if your package has one. Same edit, same gallery, same turnaround. Photos still come back in my studio's usual 4 to 6 weeks. Your film still lands on the normal cinematic timeline. There is no "payment plan tier" that gets you a B-team or a slower delivery. That would be insane, and I'd never run it that way.
